The 'Shiv Akhara', may not be able to meet or gather in the presence of the Akhara 'Gurdev' (master) or the 'Shiv Akhara Panj Piyareh'.
If in the case of an emergency, there is no time to gather the 'Shagird' and go through the consensus building process, then, if required the five can consult together after informing the 'Parmukh Akhara Gurdev'. Then if he has no valid objection they can pass the resolution.
In the next annual gathering of Sanatan Hindu Sikh Shastar Vidiya Akhara, the five may be asked to explain the reasons for passing earlier resolutions in this way to the 'Shiv Akhara' 'Sadh Sangat'.
In an extreme emergency, further harkening back to the battlefield origins of 'Gurmata', if there is no time for a consensus even with the select five, then and only then, if a decision has to be made the 'Parmukh Akhara Jathedar' can make it based upon his own best judgement.
Even then, in due course he has to explain himself to the five and the Shiv Akhara's congregation of 'Shagirds'. All decisions have to be constantly reviewed and changed through general consensus if the situation requires.
