Ancient Indian unarmed wrestling based combat system which originated amongst the 'Mall' people of ancient Punjab. This system of combat employs 'Marman' striking with 'Kushtan' (lethal grappling techniques). Techniques include grappling, joint-breaking, flesh-tearing, biting and choking techniques.
