Sanatan Hindu Sikh Shastar Vidiya Gurdev Nihang Niddar Singh Nihang encountered one such fool who he indulged in a non-'Chatka Gatka' setting in 1998.
This individual, though clearly being caught out by Nihang Niddar Singh the first time every time (photographic evidence of this is available) would then go on to tap Niddar Singh afterwards - and claim equality!
Later that day, this lowly character took his boasts further and proclaimed an outright victory over Niddar Singh Nihang. If there is such an opponent who does acknowledge that he has been struck, he will receive a more lethal blow at the next encounter.
In 2001, Sanatan Hindu Sikh Shastar Vidiya Gurdev Nihang Niddar Singh with the aid of Baba Udey Singh, secretary of the Buddha Dal, coaxed the reluctant Akali Nihang Baba Santa Singh (head of the Akali Nihang Singh Khalsa) - himself a great fierce warrior in his youth, to speak of his great many Sanatan Hindu Sikh Shastar Vidiya exploits. Baba Santa Singh spoke of one such encounter:
'I was taught by my grandfather. Early last century, Sikhs and Muslims use to set up Shastar Vidiya Akharas. As Muslim 'Kalifa' performed, Baba Giana, a great warrior and intellectual of the Buddha Dal, asked if there was any Nihang warrior willing to accept the Kalifas' challenge. I stepped forward. For a while I weighed up the Kalifa, then, after a while I got a clear tap on top of his forehead. The Kalifa did not acknowledge the hit. He suggested putting color on tip of our sticks. Muslim color was green, and Sikhs utilized red. I said:
"I will take color out of your body."
Then, after a while, I struck him hard on same spot whereupon blood gushed from his forehead and covered his face as he stumbled about.'

Akali Nihang Baba Santa Singh recounting the above tale speaks of 'Baba Giana', who was none other than Akali Nihang Baba Giana Singh Ji - one of the 'Gurdevs' of the 'Akali Nihang Baba Darbara Singh Sanatan Suraj Bansia Shastar Vidiya Shiv Akhara'.
