The schedule for the Sanatan Hindu Sikh Shastar Vidiya Demo/Workshops at the Martial Arts Show at the NEC Arena on 22nd and 23rd May 2010 are as follows:

Saturday 22nd May

Demonstrations: 12:30 in the Tatami Area and 13:40 in the Lei Tai Area

Sunday 23rd May

'Loh Mushti' Workshop (1 hr): 10:30 in Workshop Area 1
Demonstrations: 13:00 in the Tatami Area and 14:30 in the Lei Tai Area
