Indian fist ('Musht') fighting ('Yudh').

This was 'unarmed' combat which was not just limited to use of fist as its name may suggest. It was total unarmed combat which employed all forms of unarmed strikes and grappling techniques. Numerous references to 'Musht Yudh' are to be found in the 19th century Sikh historical work 'Gurbilas Shemi'.
